This Chia Seeds Recipe Water is a simple, hydrating drink packed with fiber, omega-3s, and antioxidants. Perfect for digestion, energy, and calm mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (black or white)
  • 1 cup (810 oz) filtered water
  • Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds to a glass or mason jar.
  2. Pour in water and stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until gel-like.
  4. Stir again and enjoy on an empty stomach.

Notes

You can add lemon, mint, or cucumber for flavor. Drink 1–2 glasses daily for hydration and digestive support. Store soaked chia seeds in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
