Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the ranch coating: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheese. Stir until creamy.
  4. Coat the chicken: Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, covering completely.
